Life’s circumstances can sometimes hinder individuals from attaining a high school education, rendering them ineligible for professional opportunities that can improve the quality of their life, and that of their families. Access to no-cost adult education programs can provide them with a second chance to take advantage of workforce training and continuing education programs that can allow them to pursue higher-paying jobs, ultimately narrowing the wealth gap. Through collaboration with our community partners, ESDC program participants can work toward obtaining their GED and learn more about a variety of workforce training programs for which they may be eligible.
